Leading in Continual Complexity

This was me several years ago when I launched this website. The letters on my arms say "I'm still learning", and of course. I still am.

We are are learning, whether we know it or not. We learn the leader we hope to be and also learn the type of leader we do not want to be! I am a leadership coach, and when I coach others, I always learn from them as well.

My question for your is 'what are you currently learning?". Today, I am learning that sometimes I get tired of work because it becomes redundant. In that situation, it is up to me to invest more creativity to what I do each day.

I suppose why I reached out to this website today. I am looking for creative ideas and engagement with others. If you ever feel the way I have felt, let me know. Perhaps making a new connection can inspire us in our daily work and lives.
